This 29,080 sq. ft. ammonia based dock high facility was built in the early 1950's. It has 5,552 sq. ft. of pre-cooler space plus 23,528 sq. ft. of cooler space in five rooms and a hallway. There are two gas rooms with a capacity of 16 pallets each. The pre-cooler rooms and four of the five cooler rooms have a 15' ceiling. The largest cooling room has an 18' ceiling. A loading dock runs 262' across the front of the building with four truck bays for receiving and shipping of tree fruit, citrus or table grapes. The facility will store up to 7,600 bins of fruit or 200,000 styrofoam table grape boxes.
