Qualifying businesses in Fresno County will receive a 30% Enhanced Rate reduction on their monthly electricity costs. The PG&E EDR is a 5 year program designed for businesses with high energy loads (200 kW/month or greater) that are: Considering locating within California and have other out-of-state options, are relocating from California to other states, or are closing their existing California operations.

Qualifying job producing projects may defer 75% the County’s Plan Review/Building fees, with a maximum of $50,000 deferment per project. Fees are repaid 25% annually for three years. Project must create at least 20 full-time jobs, either directly or indirectly.

Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ)
Incentive available to businesses that use recycled or recovered materials as raw materials in their manufacturing processes or reduce the creation of solid waste. Incentive benefits include: Low interest micro-loan program (up to $2 million), development and permitting assistance, and a waiver or reduction of development/permit fees. Available to businesses throughout Fresno County.

City of Kingsburg - Incentives for New Development
- 25% reduction in the City's Capital Facilities Fees
- 50% rebate of the City's portion of real estate property taxes for three years
- 50% rebate of the City's portion of sales taxes for three years
- 21 day administrative approval for permitting

City of Clovis - Core Area Fee Reduction
Reduction of development impact fees for in-fill development in the City of Clovis predesignated core area. In some cases, fees can be reduced by as much as 70%.

City of Sanger - Industrial Development Incentive
City of Sanger will reduce or eliminate development impact fees for development projects created on industrially zoned sites. Development impact fees may also be deferred and financed for a period of up to 10 years by the City of Sanger.

Fresno Energy Watch Program
Finance energy efficiency upgrades that may have otherwise gone unfinanced. With programs like the POWER Loan and the Energy Efficient Retrofit Loan Program - Business can borrow up to $100,000, with 0% interest for up to 60 months to finance energy efficiency upgrades.
